TEENA SANDEFUR DAVIS
BYRON - Teena Sandefur Davis, 48, of Byron, died
Saturday July 17, 2004. Memorial services will be held at 2
p.m. Wednesday (TODAY) in the chapel of Heritage
Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Ben R. McFather will
officiate. Burial will be private.
Davis, a native of Macon, was the daughter of the late
James and Betty McDonald Sandefur.
Survivors include her children: Misty Davis Marlow of
Bonaire, Franky Davis of Lizella and LaDonna Davis of
Roberta; siblings, Billy Sandefur of Macon, Pamela Berry
and Patricia Rountree, both of Warner Robins; grandchil
dren, Nicholas Marlow and Brishunah Davis; and former
husband, Franklin Davis of Lizella.
The family will receive friends following the memorial
service.
Heritage Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrange
ments.
BILL HUNTER ETHERIDGE
KATHLEEN - Bill Hunter Etheridge, 52,
passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2004, in
Dayton, Ohio. Services will be held at 2 p.m.
Saturday, July 24, at New Hope International
Church of Kathleen. Interment will be private.

Etheridge was bom in Morgantown, N.C. A 21-year vet
eran of the U.S. Air Force, he was currently employed as a
business developer at Intergraph Corporation. He was
ordained as a minister through the Church of God and was
a member of New Hope International Church.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Etheridge of
Kathleen; parents, Joseph Araunah Etheridge and Rebecca
Jean Hunter Etheridge; children, Kristine Etheridge (Greg)
of Dickerson, Fla., and Christopher Thomas Etheridge
(Amy) of Kathleen; two brothers, Charlie Etheridge and
Joseph Etheridge; three sisters, Robin Jennings, Lynn
McLain, and Rebecca Etheridge; grandmother, Ruth
Hunter; and two grandchildren, Shannon Dickerson and
Samantha Dickerson.

WINDER - Rex B. Ivie, 86, of Winder died Thursday, July
15, 2004.
Born in Alto to the late Virgil McClain Ivie and Lillie Teny
Cook Ivie, he was preceded in death by his wife, Atlanta
Fulghum Ivie.
Funeral services were 11 a.m. Tuesday at Smith
Memorial Chapel, followed by internment in Barrow
Memorial Gardens.
The family received friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Monday.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Winder,
where he served as secretary of his Sunday School class.
Survivors include his sons, Rex Ivie Jr. of Wilmington,
Del., and James Fulghum Ivie of Macon; four grandchil
dren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Janet Ruby
Dorsey of Woodstock, and Grace Alexander of St. Louis, Mo.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist
Church Building Fund.

Wilson is a 2001 graduate
of Warner Robins High
School, and joined the Navy
in May 2003.
