• The fifth annual Warner
Robins Singing Christmas Tree
will begin at 7 p.m. at the
Warner Robins Civic Center.
Presented by the music min
istry of Central Baptist Church,
the two-night performance will
include a full orchestra, chil
dren’s choirs, youth choirs,
ensembles and drama. 350 peo
ple are involved in the entire
production. The music per
formed will be a mixture of con
temporary and traditional
music. No admission charge
and no reserved seating. Doors
open at 6 p.m. to allow those
attending to find a seat. 923-

• The Warner Robins
Children’s Theatre presents
“The Best Christmas Pageant
Ever” at 7 p.m. at the Warner
Robins Little Theatre, 502 S.
Pleasant Hill Road, Warner
Robins. Tickets are $6 for non
members, $5 for members and
$4 each for groups of 10 or
more. There is also $1 off
admission if you bring a toy.
Toys are being collected for
Kids Yule Love. The Children’s
Theatre is for kids ages 6-18.
The cast includes children ages
6 to 14 with a couple of baby
angels ages 4 and 2. For more

Saturday, Dec. 4
• The Mahala Club of Perry
is planning a Breakfast with
Santa from 8-11 a.m. at the
Perry Country Club. Tickets
are $5 per person, and may be
purchased from Mahala mem
bers. Photos will be taken with
Santa for an additional $3. The
event is a benefit fund-raiser
for Bobby Arrington, who is
still recovering from an auto

• The Perry Downtown
Merchants Association’s
Downtown Christmas
Celebration will begin at 9 a.m.

will be live music throughout
the day on the sound stage.
Creative spirits of all ages can
make Christmas cards at
Scrappin on My Mind, and
shoppers can enter their names
at every shop they visit for a
gift basket giveaway.
• The 2004 Warner Robins
Christmas Parade will begin at
10 a.m. at North Houston
Road, go east on Watson
Boulevard, and end at City
Hall. The 2004 parade is
expected to have in excess of
150 units, making it the biggest
parade in recent history. This
year’s theme is an
“International Christmas.”
• Toys for Tots will have a
toy drive from 1-6 p.m. at Toys
R Us on Watson Boulevard,
Warner Robins. Beckie

• Byron will hold its
Christmas Parade beginning at
1 p.m. downtown. Byron

• The Perry Christmas
Parade will begin at 3 p.m. with
the theme, “Home for the
Holidays.” It will begin on
Carroll Street, continue to Old
Macon Road and end at North
Avenue. The 2004 parade is

100 entries, making it the
biggest parade in recent histo

• The Fort Valley Christmas
Parade wifi begin at 5 p.m. The

• Hospice of Houston
County’s annual Memorial
Service will be held at 6 p.m. at
the Church of Christ, 1947
Watson Blvd., Warner Robins.
The community is invited to
attend this special ceremony
remembering those who have

to the luminary candles placed
by volunteers throughout the
park, candles will be available
for anyone wishing to place a
luminary on a loved ones place

Hour and Compassionate
