the following suspects with
actions contrary to the laws
of the state, the good order,
peace and dignity thereof.
The names below have been
accused and charged but not
found guilty or not guilty of
the crimes.
* Randall Ralph
Marshpund, 40, Gray, and
Ronald Harris, 41, Macon,
were indicted on charges of
possession of cocaine with
intent to distribute and pos
session of marijuana for pos
sessing cocaine in an
amount or packaged indica
tive of intent to distribute
cocaine and less than one
ounce of marijuana on or
about Oct. 29, 2004. Michael
James Simons, 38, Macon,
was indicted with them on a
charge of possession of
cocaine for possessing the
controlled substance on or
about Oct. 29.
* Jeremy Sherod
Harris, 20, 1327 Van
Street, Perry, was indicted
on aggravated sodomy,
aggravated sexual battery
and rape, for having carnal
knowledge of a victim
forcibly and against her will
on or about July 12, 2004.
* Edgar Johnson Jr.,
45, 350 King Arthur Lane,
Warner Robins, was indicted
on charges of assault and
battery for hitting a victim
with a board in the ribs and
pushing her down, causing
bruising to her ribs and
knee on or about Feb. 23,
2004.

Superintendent of Schools Danny Carpenter (right) and

attended the Dec. 3 game when Warner Robins High
defeated Statesboro to win the state football champi
onship. WRHS was awarded the 2004 State Football
Championship trophy on Dec. 9. Warner Robins High has
a long tradition of football state championships, having
won the title in 1976, 1981, 1988 and now 2004. In addi
tion, the school has won 23 region championships and
two national championships.
