The Warner Robins Middle School Honors Department recently completed a three-day
field trip to the Rock Eagle 4-H center in Eatonton. Students in sixth, seventh and
eighth grades hiked and sloshed through streams while learning about the forest and
stream ecology. Students especially enjoyed the classes with snakes and birds of prey.

Celebrating Children’s Book Week at Perry Primary School was lots of fun. Each day
had a different theme. That Wednesday was “Ready, Set, Go and read a good book.”
Students wore traffic light colors. Red, yellow and green were seen throughout the
school. These students went a step beyond. Pictured are Noah Moss, Victor Stimus,
Charley Lollis, Grady Hilbum and Grant Hilbum.
