Warner Robins Air Logistics Center

Draft Final Environmental Assessment
(EA) and proposed unsigned Finding
of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for
the Environmental Assessment
Construction and Operation of
Consolidated Software Support Facility
at Robins Air Force Base (AFB)
Georgia.
The proposed action is to construct a
new building that would provide space
for additional software development
and laboratory testing of electronic
warfare and avionics systems, and
consolidate the existing software sup
port functions currently conducted in
Buildings 226, 227, 230, and 640.
The environmental resources evalu
ated in this EA are physical, air, waste,
noise, biological, safety, and cumula
tive in which none would have signifi
cant impact on the environment and
there are not any cultural effects
expected. It was found that socioeco
nomic environment would have some
impact. Conducting the proposed
action would produce a positive effect
on socioeconomic by providing short
