The Feb. 8 Houston County
Grand Jury, in the name ol the citi
zens of Georgia, charge and accuse
the following suspects with actions
contrary to the laws of the state, the
good order, peace and dignity there
of. The names below have been
accused and charged but not found
guilty or not guilty of the crimes.
• Scott Glenn Hester, 43, 114
Johannes Square, Bonaire, was
indicted on four counts of homicide
by vehicle, driving under the influ
ence (0.08), driving under the influ
ence (less safe), reckless driving,
failure to maintain lane and too fast
for conditions for driving a motor
vehicle while person's alcohol con
centration was 0.08 grams or more,
driving under the influence to the
extent it was less safe to do so,
causing the deaths of Brian and
Sara McQueen while driving under
the influence of alcohol and crashing
the vehicle into a tree, driving down
Van Drive at a high rate of speed at
1 a.m. without headlights on and
driving through the wooden fence
marking the dead end, causing the
deaths of the McQueens by driving
in reckless disregard of safety and
failing to drive in a single lane of trav
el on or about Dec. 19, 2004.
• Daymond Leroy Batts Jr., 27,
and Sharnese Victoria Williams. 24,
both of 929 McArthur Blvd., Warner
Robins, were each indicted on
charges of possession of cocaine
with intent to distribute, burglary and
possession of tools for the commis
sion of a crime, for possessing
cocaine with intent to distribute
same, entering a Davis Drive liquor
store with intent to commit a theft
therein, having in their possession a
pick ax, sledgehammer and a screw
driver with intent to make use of in
the commission of a crime on or
about April 19, 2004. Batts was also
indicted on a charge of tampering
with evidence for disposing of an
article of clothing worn during a bur
glary on or about April 19, 2004.
• Annie Mae Beavers, 41, 106
Indian Circle, Macon, and Sheila
Marie Johnson, 34, and Melissa Ann
Ward, 24, both of 121 -A Virginia
Dare Drive, Warner Robins, were
each indicted on charges of printing
or negotiating false checks, money
orders or debit card sales drafts for
printing checks drawn on a Security
Bank account knowing it to be in
error, fictitious or in the name of

Gregory Davis, 50,
Lancaster, Penn., was
arrested Monday for alleged
ly weaving/failure to main
tain lane, DUI
alcohol/drugs-less safe,
speeding, reckless driving
and failure to use a turn sig
nal. On 1-75 at mile marker
129 southbound, a Houston
sheriffs deputy reportedly
observed Davis traveling at
a high rate of speed, activat
ed radar and clocked him at
121 mph in a 70 mph zone.
The deputed noted when the
vehicle passed, it was travel
ing in the inside emergency
lane.
The vehicle was finally
pulled over at mile marker
124. Davis was reportedly
unsteady on his feet and his
speech was slurred. The
deputy detected an odor of
alcoholic beverage and
asked driver if he’d been
drinking. The driver report
edly admitted to consuming
a wine cooler earlier during
the Super Bowl.
The driver also said he
had problems with his legs
and back and consented to
an Alco-Sensor test, which
showed positive. An invento
ry of the vehicle reportedly
found a half-empty six-pack
of wine coolers and several
bottles of medication. The
driver was read implied con
sent, and refused to give a
urine sample. Drugs found
in the car included 395

another on or about Sept. 27, 2004.
Ward and Beavers was also indicted
on charges of forgery for giving a
check for $112.23 and $96.34 made
on a false account to the Salvation
Army on or about Sept. 22, 2004.
Beavers was also indicted on
charges of forgery for giving a check
for $127.23 made on a false account
to Davidson Grocery on or about
Sept. 27. Johnson was also indicted
on a charge of forgery for giving a
check made on a false account to
Conoco on or about Sept. 27.
• Juan Marin Cornejo, 30,
Kennesaw, and Gustavo Garcia
Gonzalez, 30, Miami, Fla., were
each indicted on charges of traffick
ing in cocaine for possessing more
than 400 grams of cocaine on or
about Feb. 3.
• Jerome Kenneth Epps, 24, and
Timothy Leon Bascom Jr., 22, both
of 119 Williams Terrace, Warner
Robins, were each indicted on
charges of possession of cocaine
with intent to distribute, possession
of cocaine with intent to distribute
within 1,000 feet of a school and
possession of a firearm during a
crime for possessing the controlled
substance with intent to distribute
same, within 1,000 feet of Tabor
Middle School and having within
arm’s reach a Tital .25 caliber pistol
on or about July 9, 2003.
• Marvin Griffin IV, 34, Perry,
Jana Mull, 24, Pineview, and Travis
C. Sutherland, 33, Macon, were
each indicted on charges of posses
sion of methamphetamine with intent
to distribute, possession of marijua
na with intent to distribute and pos
session of cocaine for possessing
the methamphetamine and marijua
na with intent to distribute same and
possessing cocaine on or about Nov.
6, 2004, all in violation of the
Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
Griffin and Sutherland were also
indicted on charges of possession of
an open container of alcoholic bev
erage for possessing an open con
tainer of alcoholic beverage while in
the passenger compartment of a
vehicle that was on the roadway on
or about Nov. 6, 2004. Sutherland
was additionally indicted on a charge
of weaving on roadway and operat
ing a vehicle without licensed tag, for
failing to drive within a single lane of
travel and failing to have a current
tag on the vehicle on or about Nov.
6, 2004.

cer spotted and arrested
Reese in the Kemp Harrison
Homes, property of the
Warner Robins Housing
Authority.
Drugs found in
computer
The day after his son was
arrested, a Warner Robins
man found a computer that
did not belong to his busi
ness or anyone employed
there. At the police station,
investigators found a ciga
rette box inside the comput
er. Inside the cigarette box
was a small glass bottle with
a white powder residue and
a small plastic bag that con
tained a clear crystal sub
stance. All items were
placed into evidence.

on charges of possession of
methamphetamine with intent to dis
tribute, possession of a firearm dur
ing a crime and possession of mari
juana, less than one ounce, for pos
sessing methamphetamine with
intent to distribute same, possessing
a Browning semi-automatic pistol
while in possession the controlled
substance and possessing less than
one ounce of marijuana on or about
Jan. 12.
• Lee Allen Sanders. 33, 224
Spring Street, Macon, and Shay
Tillman Eidson, 34, 252 Hillside
Drive, Byron, were each indicted on
charges of theft by receiving stolen
property for possessing a BMW
328ci belonging to Alpha Insurance
when they should have known it was
stolen on or about Oct. 23, 2004.
Sanders was also indicted on
charges of false statements and writ
ings, giving false name and date of
birth and possession of marijuana
less than one ounce for signing the
name Eric Sanders on a fingerprint
card, giving that name and a false
date of birth to Warner Robins Police
and possessing less than one ounce
of marijuana on or about Oct. 23,
2004.
• Travis Lavar Warthen, 20, 135
Jackson St., Warner Robins, and
Jesse James Haslem, 21, 205
Francis St., Warner Robins, were
each indicted on charges of posses
sion of a controlled substance, pos
session of firearm during the com
mission of a crime, carrying a con
cealed weapon and theft by receiv
ing for possessing less than one
ounce of marijuana, having a firearm
within arm’s reach while doing so,
having the firearm under the seat of
the vehicle, and possessing the
stolen Taurus .45 caliber pistol on or
about Jan. 24. Warthen was also
indicted on charges of driving under
the influence-less safe, and obstruc
tion of law enforcement officer for
operating a motor vehicle under the
influence of a drug to the extent it
was less safe for accused to drive
and refusing to stop and fleeing from
a deputy in the lawful discharge of
his duties on or about Jan. 24.

Ave., Warner Robins, was indicted
on a charge of conversion of pay
ments for real property improve
ments for converting $350 to his own
use without providing tree work on or
ing lot at Northside High
School on Tuesday.

Robins, was indicted on charges of
burglary and theft by taking motor
vehicle for entering Willis Alignment
with intent to commit theft therein
and taking a 1998 Ford Contour, the
property of another, on or about Nov.
2, 2003.
• Jonathan Allen Collins, 21,105
Thrush Court, Warner Robins, was
indicted for possession of metham
phetamine with intent to distribute for
possessing the controlled substance
with intent to distribute same on or
about Jan. 24.
• Alexis Montell Davis, 19, 112
Shallowford Road, Warner Robins,
was indicted on four counts of aggra
vated assault and one count of crim
inal damage to property (second
degree) for assaulting four men with
a firearm and firing the handgun into
the right side passenger door and
right front fender of one of the vic
tims’ 1993 Lexus, causing damage
exceeding SSOO, on or about March
21,2004. Davis was also indicted on
a charge of aggravated assault for
assaulting the victim with a firearm
on or about Dec. 15, 2004.
• Kenaris Darshon Davis, 25,
1304 Ashwood Drive, Warner
Robins, was indicted on charges of
robbery (armed), aggravated assault
and possession of a firearm or knife
during a crime, for taking S4OO cash
and the store’s video surveillance
tape from Pleezing Food Store, in
the presence of the clerk using a pel
let gun, pointing the pellet gun a the
clerk and possessing the firearm
during the commission of the crime
on or about Dec. 16, 2004.
• Paul Anthony Duke, 33, 105
Cambridge Drive, Warner Robins,
was indicted on charges of robbery
and two counts of aggravated
assault for taking by sudden snatch
ing three necklaces from and in the
immediate presence of the victim,
assaulting the victim with a glass
bottle and a knife on or about Nov.
15, 2004.
• David Eugene Gilliam Jr., 43,
105 Wren Drive, Perry, was indicted
on charges of possession of
methamphetamine with intent to dis
tribute and driving while license sus
pended for possessing the controlled
substance with intent to distribute
same and operating a motor vehicle
after his license had been suspend
A Gawin Drive man
reported that on two sepa
rate occasions that four
unknown men came into his
yard and threatened to
shoot him. There were no
other witnesses, and the
complainant was reportedly
intoxicated both times. He
also said the men stole mar
ijuana from him two weeks
ago.
Hiding in the
shower
Michael C. Mays, 34, 102
Manchester, was cited of
possession of marijuana-less
than one ounce by deputies
serving a warrant for his
arrest. Mays was found in
the shower of the master
bedroom dressed in a pair of
thermal underwear and
work boots. Said he was not
hiding but getting ready for

• Adam Deane Keays, 29, Rex,
was indicted of charges of trafficking
marijuana and weaving on the road
way for possessing a quantity of
marijuana exceeding 10 pounds and
changing lanes on the interstate
without first ascertaining that such
movement could be made with safe
ty on or about Oct. 21,2004.
• Timothy Jerome McCloud, 316
Lincoln Ave., Macon, was indicted on
charges of peeping tom and driving
with suspended or revoked license
for peeping into the bedroom of an
Elberta Road residence, invading
the privacy of the victim, and operat
ing a motor vehicle after his license
was suspended on or about Sept.
29,2004. McCloud was also indicted
on charges of public indecency, two
counts of child molestation, driving
with a suspended or revoked license
and violations of limited driving per
mit, for performing a lewd exposure
of his sexual organ at Books-A-
Million, masturbating while watching
two children, operating a motor vehi
cle after his license was suspended
and violating the conditions of a lim
ited permit of driving only to work on
or about Jan. 26.
• Robert Clayton Razor, 23,
Owingsville, Ky., was indicted on two
counts of aggravated child molesta
tion, statutory rape and child
molestation for performing immoral
or indecent acts with a child under
16, engaging in sexual intercourse
with the child and immorally or inde
cently touching another child on or
about Feb. 1 to May 31, 2004.
• Sandra Sue Rice, 49, 113

an officer, driving under the influ
ence, driving with a suspended
license, driving without insurance,
insufficient tag light, insufficient tail
lights, failure to use turn signal, tag
not registered to vehicle and failure
to register vehicle for possessing
cocaine with intent to distribute
same, abandoning it in a public
place, running from two deputies,
driving under the influence of any
drug to the extent it was less safe to
do so, operating a motor vehicle
after his license was suspended,
operating the vehicle without insur
ance, a tag light or an operating tail
light, failing to signal a turn, operat
ing the vehicle bearing the tag
issued to another and not registering
the vehicle, all on or about Dec. 1,
2004.

floor, grabbing her by the
hair and striking her head
against the floor several
times, confirming the vic
tim’s report to the deputy.
He reportedly said he had
been drinking and just had
enough of the victim cursing
at him and snapped.
