DRIVER'S EDUCATION COURSE - fee $ 225.00
I his 36-hour course emphasizes safe driving techniques for young drivers. All students MUST
have a valid Georgia learners permit by the first day of class. The course includes 30-hours of
classroom instruction and six (6) hours of on-the-road driving. Most insurance companies give
a reduction (approx. 10%) on insurance premiums upon successful completion of the course.
Parents are asked to meet for a few minutes on the first day of the class. Applicants must be at
least 15 years of age. Ihe fee includes all materials. Remember, class size is limited, and on a
first-come-first-served basis. Driving times are scheduled during the class.

This 4-hour course is designed to prepare present and future over-the-road professionals for
Part I of the GDI. Test.

CTD REFRESHER COURSE, Fee - $799.00
1 his 40-hour course will include five (5) classroom hours, fifteen (15) range skills hours, and
twenty (20) hours of on-the-road driving. Applicants MUST have their Class A license and
documentation of past driving history with tractor-trailers. This class IS NOT to obtain Class
A license. APPLICANTS must register by March 18th.

This 4-hour workshop contains extensive information on nutrition and meal planning. State

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Register in the Admissions Office, located in Building A, or call (478) 988-6810 from
8 am until 7 pm Monday through Thursday or 8 am - 4 pm on Friday.
Payment may be made by check, money order, cash. Visa or Master Card.
Businesses may register with a purchase order number.
Certificates of attendance are presented to those who successfully complete each
course based on MGTC's policy.
If Middle Georgia Tech cancels a Continuing Education course or the student formally with
draws 24 hours prior to the beginning of the course, 100 percent of the registration fee will be
refunded. ONCE THE CIASS STARTS, THERE IS NO REFUND GIVEN.
Books are not ordered until the minimal number of applicants has registered and therefore
the cost or the book may not be available until the first night of class. Books can be purchased
from MG 1C s Bookstore located in Building B at the Cohen Walker Road main campus. For
