The Feb. 22 Houston County
Grand Jury, in the name of the cit
izens of Georgia, charge and
accuse the following suspects with
actions contrary to the laws of the
state, the good order, peace and
dignity thereof. The names below
have been accused and charged
but not found guilty or not guilty of
the crimes.
• Kenneth Barton Schofill, 35,
100 Winship Drive, Warner
Robins, and Jennifer Warren, no
age or address available, were
each indicted on charges of pos
session of methamphetamine for
possession of the controlled sub
stance in violation of the Georgia
Controlled Substances Act on or
about Aug. 10, 2004. Schofill was
also indicted for driving under the
influence, driving while license
suspended, disregarding stop
sign, weaving on the roadway,
driving without insurance, operat
ing vehicle without current decal,
use of license plate for purpose of
concealing identity of vehicle or
expired license plate, tag not
assigned to vehicle, unlawful man
ufacture of tag or decal, opening
door to interfere with traffic, failure
to use turn signal and affixing
license plate to conceal identity of
vehicle or its owner, for operating
a vehicle under the influence of
any drug to the extent that is was
less safe to do so, failing to main
tain single lane of traffic, not stop
ping a stop sign at Nelson and
Wellston drives, driving while
license was suspended, vehicle
was not insured, did not have a
proper tag, opening the door into
moving traffic and not using a turn
signal on or about Aug. 10, 2004.
• Lakena T. Adams, 26, 1109
Gaines Drive, Lot 40, Perry, was
indicted on charge of aggravated
assault for making an assault on
the victim with a butcher knife on
or about April 11,2003.
• Majik Jamaal Allen, 28, 105
Camellia Circle, Warner Robins,
was indicted on charges of pos
session of cocaine with intent to
distribute for possession the con
trolled substance with intent to dis
tribute same on or about Jan. 19.
• Charles Leo Bennett Jr„ 48,
106 Melanie Lane, Warner
Robins, was indicted on 12 counts
of obtaining a controlled sub
stance by misrepresentation for
getting prescriptions filled for
hydrocodone (Lortab) when he
knew said prescriptions were not
issued for legitimate medical pur
poses on or about Dec. 3, 10, 14,
21, 2004, at the Publix Pharmacy
on Ga. 96; and on or about Oct. 2,
21, 30, Nov. 13, 26, Dec. 11, 20,
25, 2004, at the Eckerd Pharmacy
on Watson Boulevard.
• Crystal Renata Bridges. 24,
Andrews, S.C., was indicted on a
charge of aggravated assault for
making an assault on the victim
with a knife on or about Jan. 6.
• Terrance Lashawn Carroll,
24, Dothan, Ala., was indicted on
charges of burglary, battery (fami
ly violence), criminal
trespass/damage to property and
cruelty to children for entering a
Northlake Drive dwelling and tak
ing a set of keys, kicking in the
door of a woman while she was
trying to hold it closed, causing
less than SSOO in damage to the
door, and doing so while a child
was present to see it on or about
Jan. 20, 2003.
• Paul Martin Chandler, 28,
Fort Valley, was indicted on
charges of possession of alprazo
lam (Xanax), fleeing or attempting
to elude (felony), possession of
marijuana-less than one ounce,
drugs not kept in original contain
er, driving under the influence
drugs, reckless driving, driving
while license suspended, operat
ing vehicle without license and
driving without insurance, for will
fully not stopping for a deputy
while in possession of the sched
ule IV controlled substance not in
the original pharmacist-dispensed
container and doing so while
exceeding the posted speed limit
by more than 30 mph, possessing
less than one ounce of marijuana,
driving a vehicle under the influ
ence of drugs to the extent it was
less safe, driving in reckless disre
gard for the safety of persons or
property while license suspended,
without a tag and without insur
ance on or about Feb. 4.
• Tony Tracy Childree, 42,
Reynolds, was indicted on
charges of aggravated battery,
false imprisonment and drugs not
kept in original container for hitting
the victim causing a brain hemor
rhage and loss of consciousness,
confining and detaining the victim
by refusing to let her out of a vehi
cle and unlawfully possessing
Xanax and Vicodin not in the con
tainer original dispensed by a
pharmacist on or about Jan. 27.
• Kaleata Dennis, 26, 1032
Main St., Macon, was indicted on
charges of possession of cocaine,

er originally dispensed by a phar
macist on or about Oct. 3, 2003.
• Kasey Dunn, 24. 105 Sonja
Drive, Warner Robins, was indict
ed on charges of possession of
cocaine, forgery (two counts) and
theft by receiving stolen property,
for possessing methamphetamine,
making credit card applications in
another’s name to Sears and
Friedman’s Jewelers, receiving
the driver’s license of the victim
without intending to restore it on or
about Dec. 23, 2004.
• Kelann Elizabeth Elliott. 36,
314 Clairmont Drive, Warner
Robins, was indicted on charges
of forgery and theft by deception
for passing a check for $2,084.54
drawn on the account of another to
International City Cycles to buy a
2005 Suzuki DR7 motorcycle on
or about Jan. 15.
• Gregory Louis Garner, 48,
2303 Moody Road #l2, Warner
Robins, was indicted on charge of
aggravated battery for pushing the
victim, causing her to fall and
strike her head, resulting a lacera
tion to her forehead on or about
Jan. 22.
• Deondrick Jermill Griffin, 19.
119 Walnut St. 30, Warner Robins,
was indicted on charges of pos
session of marijuana with intent to
distribute and possession of mari
juana with intent to distribute with
in 1,000 feet of a housing authori
ty property, for possessing mari
juana with intent to distribute same
and doing so within 1,000 feet of
Oscar Thomas Homes on or about
Feb. 3.
• James Lester Hammock Jr.,
32, 1310 Keith Drive #2, Perry,
was indicted on charges of aggra
vated stalking, battery, battery
(family violence) and cruelty to
children for unlawfully contacting
the victim at her place of work,
with intent to harass and intimidate
and after being ordered not to pur
suant to court order on conditional
bond for four different warrants,
and striking the victim in the head
causing her head to strike the door
on or about Nov. 15, 2004; and
slapping the victim resulting in
bleeding and a swollen lip and
doing so where child was present
to see or hear the act on or about
June 16, 2005.
• Levi Garrett Hunt, 19, 84
Short Lane, Byron, was indicted
on charges of statutory rape and
child molestation for engaging in
sexual intercourse with a person
under age 16, not the spouse of
the accused, and performing an
immoral or indecent act with her
with intent to satisfy the sexual
desires of the child or the accused
on or about May 1, 2004.
• Pamela Kane, 45, 321
Sterling Drive, Warner Robins,
was indicted on charges of obtain
ing prescription drugs by fraud (42
counts) for obtaining controlled
substances by deception by with
holding information from a practi
tioner that accused had obtained
drugs of similar therapeutic use in
a concurrent time frame from
another practitioner. The con
trolled substances and dates
obtained are Percoset (oxy
codone) on or about Jan. 9, Feb.
10, March 6, 2003, April 24, May
18, June 12, and Aug. 8, all in
2003; Maxidone (hydrocodone) on
or about Jan. 28, Feb. 16, March
16, March 24, April 18, May 5, May
23, May 26, June 19, Aug. 2, Aug.
4, Aug. 21, Aug. 24, Aug. 29, Sept.
7, Sept. 14, Sept. 17, Oct. 6, Oct.
14, Oct. 20, Oct. 30, Nov. 1, Nov.
5, Nov. 14, Nov. 21, Nov. 23, Dec.
12, all in 2003, Jan. 9, Jan. 18,
Jan. 23, Jan 29, and Feb. 3, of
2004; Avinza on or about Aug. 1,
2003; Ultracet on or about Sept. 5,
2003; and Endocet on or about
Sept. 16, 2003.
• Jermembulus Timere King,
22, 520 Bill St., Perry, was indicted
on charges of possession of mari
juana with intent to distribute, pos
session of open container of alco
holic beverage while operating a
vehicle and running a red light, for
possessing marijuana with intent
to distribute same, possessing a
beer while operating a vehicle on
Courtney Hodges Boulevard and
failing to obey the traffic control
device on or about Feb. 3.

• Lonnie King Jr„ 60. 2236
South U S. 341, Perry, was indict
ed on a charge of aggravated
assault for making an assault on
the victim with a metal object on or
about Jan. 13.
• Rashaad Anthony Knox, 24,
was indicted on charges of pos
session of methamphetamine and
giving false name address or date
of birth for possessing the con
trolled substance and giving the
false name of Anthony Jones with
intent to mislead the deputy on or
about Feb. 10.
• Alan Lee, 41, 214 Morning
Glory Lane, Perry, was indicted on
charges of battery (family vio
lence) and cruelty to children for
striking and pouncing on his
daughter, resulting in bleeding on
her elbow, bruising on her knee
and red marks around her neck,
throat and legs and throwing her
against a wall and striking her with
his hands on or about Jan. 10,
2004.
• Naomi Victoria Lovett, 57,
605 Collins Ave., Lot 2,
Centerville, was indicted on
charges of theft by conversion by
fiduciary and theft by conversion
for knowingly converting funds
greater than SSOO of the Central
Georgia Cheerleading Cougars to
her own use while fiduciary of said
group on or between July 1,2004,
and Dec. 31, 2004.
• Danny Mathis, 42, 215 S. 2nd
St., Warner Robins, was indicted
on a charge of obstruction of an
officer for attempting to strike a
police officer with a closed fist on
or about Feb. 1.
• Calvin Morton, 24, 111 Varee
Drive, Warner Robins, was indict
ed on a charge of aggravated
assault for making an unlawful
assault on the victim with a firearm
on or about July 10, 2004.
• Roger Allen O’Neal, 45,
Roberta, was indicted on charges
of child molestation (two counts)
for intentionally performing an
immoral or indecent act to, in the
presence of or with a child under
16, by touching her chest, vaginal
area and buttocks on or about May
1, 2001.
• Jack Scott Pounds, 40, 117
Fisher St., Warner Robins, was
indicted on charges of burglary
and theft by taking for entering
without authority Robins Radiator
Sen/ice with intent to commit a
theft therein and taking radiators
and scrap metal having a value
less than SSOO with intent to
deprive owner possession of said
property on or about Jan. 17.
• Joseph Dwayne Putnal, 19,
208 Tabor Drive #B, Warner
Robins, was indicted on charges
of statutory rape and child
molestation, five counts of each,
for engaging in sexual intercourse
with a person under 16 and not the
accused’s spouse and performing
an immoral and indecent act upon
the victim by engaging in sexual
intercourse with the child on or
between May 31, 2003, and Aug.
31,2004. He was also indicted on
additional charges of statutory
rape and child molestation (one
count each) for engaging in sexual
intercourse with another person
under 16, also not the accused’s
spouse and performing an
immoral and indecent act upon the
victim by engaging in sexual inter
course with the child on or
between Dec. 15, 2004 and Jan.

• Harold Riley Jr., 24, Butler,
was indicted on charges of false
imprisonment, battery (family vio
lence), obstructing or hindering
emergency telephone call and cru
elty to children for arrest confine
and detain the victim without legal
authority, striking the parent of his
child in the neck and temple area
resulting in swelling and a scratch,
preventing her from calling 911 for
help by taking her cell phone from
her and doing so while a the child
was present to hear or see it on or
about Jan. 4.
• Jeffery Allen Rose, 28, 284
Klondike Road, Hawkinsville, was
indicted on charge of acquisition of
controlled substance by forgery for
altering a prescription for 10
hydrocodone to represent 60
tablets on or about Jan. 3.
• Jesus Salinas, 29, 134 red
Fox Run, Warner Robins, was
indicted on charges of battery and

was indicted on charges of aggra
vated battery for grabbing the vic
tim, head-butting her and slam
ming her head into a door, result
ing in a chipped front tooth on or
about Aug. 11,2003.
• Stephanie Steele, 29, 907

Robins, was indicted a charge of
criminal damage to property-sec
ond degree, for hitting the fender
an driver’s side door of the victim’s
Chevy Monte Carlo with a ham
mer, resulting in dents a broken
window and damage exceeding
SSOO on or about May 19, 2003.
• Cindy Ann Stubbs, was
indicted on charges of aggravated
assault (two counts) for striking
the victim with a Chevy Monte
Carlo while he was on a motorcy
cle on or about April 2, 2003, and
stabbing him with a steak knife on
or about May 30, 2003.

Tolleson St., Perry, was indicted
on charges of battery (family vio
lence) and cruelty to children for
striking the victim, a person under
18, living with or formerly living in
same household as the accused,
in the face resulting in a bruised
