PersoiKs) unknown
A man sold his car “as is”
to unknown man on
Christmas day for SBOO. The
buyer returned two months
later, making threats, and
saying the car is messed up.
He then reportedly grabbed
the seller’s beard, and
ripped buttons off his shirt.
The unknown suspect
threatened to dump the car
on man’s lawn and set his
house on fire. Meanwhile,
the suspect’s girlfriend was
reportedly yelling at him to
get back in the car, saying
“you better not jump on that
white man.” The car is
reportedly registered to a
Macon woman.
Person(s) unknown
destroyed the letters and
lantern on the Kings

One plan calls for a “har
vest share” program where
local hunters could donate
deer to feed the homeless or
needy people within the
community. Other ideas are
to fund fertilizer and seeds
for public dove fields or deer
food plots on Oaky Woods or
Ocmulgee wildlife manage
ment areas. Efforts will also
be made to assist Houston
County with a new shooting
range to be built on county
owned land that is now part
of Oaky Woods Wildlife
Management Area.
Perhaps some funds will
be used to replace the rod
and reels at Houston

were estimated at $1,200.
There have also be several
recent calls about illegal

Foxwood Court home on
Saturday.
Many unknowns
A man reported Saturday
that person(s) unknown on
an unknown date hit his
metal fence with an
unknown object, causing
SSOO in damage.
Person(s) known
A 17-year-old was racing
on a four-wheeler on
Saturday and lost control,
running into a victim’s
fence. The young man
admitted to such, saying the
brakes don’t work and that
he would pay to fix the
fence.
Also Saturday, a com
plainant said a man called
where citizens can check out
rod and reels in the same
way as they would check out
a book in order to introduce
the public to the enjoyment
of fishing and the great out
doors. Trussell said he
would also like to get a
strong “seeds” mentoring
program going locally, which
would match willing young
sters to experienced out
doorsmen for fishing and
hunting adventures.
Another major goal of the
GON banquet committee is
to promote the continued
existence of Oaky Woods
and Ocmulgee wildlife man
agement areas. Oaky Woods
