BONAIRE - Debra Coley, 52, passed away on Sunday,
March 13, 2005, in her home. Services will be private.
Coley was born in Macon. She was of the Baptist faith.
Her father, Roy L. Johnson, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her mother, Jimmie Johnson of
Bonaire; son, Brian L. Coley of Columbus; grandson, Dylan
Coley of Bonaire; brother, Kenneth Johnson of Bonaire; sev

passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2005, at Houston

Home, with interment following in Magnolia Park

Duckworth of Warner Robins; grandparents, Terry and
Janet Horn of Warner Robins; great-grandmother, Ethel
Spradley of Warner Robins; uncles, Terry Horn Jr. and
Tommy Horn, both of Warner Robins; and aunt, Emily
Duckworth.

MARY J. DUNAWAY
UNADILLA - Mary J. Dunaway, 72, of Unadilla, died
Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at her residence.
Born in Wilcox County, she was the daughter of the late
Samuel Jones and Emma Kathleen Grinstead Jones. She
was a member of First Baptist Church of Unadilla and the
Swan Sunday School Class. Mary enjoyed playing th£ piano
and singing gospel music including playing for the Angel
Choir at church. She was a devoted wife to her husband of
55 years and was a loving mother and grandmother. She
had worked as a clerk at Robins Air Force Base.
Survivors include her husband, Don Dunaway of
Unadilla; son, Lavon Dunaway (Iris) of Loganville; daugh
ter, Donna Long (Bruce) of Perry; sister, Elizabeth Boggs of
Tampa, Fla.; grandchildren: April Jackson, Joey Pope,
Angela Pope, Brooke Hardy, Jon Dunaway and Brittany
Dunaway.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Harold Jones,
Monroe Jones and Richard Jones and by her sister, Juahita
Martin.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 5, in
First Baptist Church of Unadilla. Dr. Bob Murphy and Rev.
Tommy Daniels officiated and burial was in Walnut
Cemetery in Unadilla.

PERRY LEO JOHNSON
KATHLEEN - Perry Leo Johnson, 83, died
in Summerville, S.C. on Friday, March 11,
2005. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.
Tuesday (TODAY) at Watson-Hunt Funeral
Home, with interment at Magnolia Park
Cemetery in Warner Robins with full military honors. Dr.
Tony Baldwin will officiate. Visitation was held 6-8 p.m.
Monday at the funeral home.
A native of Hastie, lowa, he had resided here since 1954.
He was a retired master sergeant with 20 years in the U.S.
Air Force, serving in both World War II and Korea. He also
retired at Robins Air Force Base as an electronic repairman.
He was a member of New Life of Perry. The family suggests
contributions to New Life of Perry, 2089 U.S. 41 South,
Perry.
Survivors include his daughter, Reba Johnson Gilbert of
Kathleen; three grandchildren, Tammie Turner, Pamela
Collins, and John Morath Jr.; 12 great-grandchildren, and
three great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death
by his wife, Ann Radford Johnson and a grandson, Robert

ELLEN M. MCMAHAN
BYRON - Ellen M. McMahan, 76, of Byron, died Saturday
March 12, 2005. Funeral services were held at 7 p.m.
Monday in the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Andersonville National Cemetery. Dr.
Lawrence F. Kirk Sr. will officiate.
McMahan, a native of Easley, S.C., was the daughter of
the late Harold and Mary Bagwell McDonald and the widow
of Bill E. McMahan. She was a member of Byron Baptist
Church and active in B.U.S.T.
Survivors include her sons: Donald (Sue) McMahan and
David (Alta) McMahan, all of Warner Robins; sisters,
Kathryn Smith and Lucille Wiggins; four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following services Monday
evening.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of
Houston County, Serenity Gate, 103 Westridge Dr. Warner
Robins, GA 31088.
