Sivica Sells Record 29 Homes at The Highlands in First Three Months, Sets Pace as
Macon/Bibb’s Fastest Growing Neighborhood
MACON (March 29, 2005) Sivica Homes recently announced record sales of 29 homes at The Highlands during the development’s first three months
on the market. The Highlands is Sivica’s new development of distinctive but affordable “Craftsman-style" homes in North Macon.
“Considering the normal pace of single-family home sales in the Macon/Bibb county market, our sales have been phenomenal," said Peggy Mendelson,
sales associate for Sivica Homes. “We’re quickly becoming the fastest selling neighborhood in Bibb County.”
The Highlands remains Macon’s first and only grand amenity community. Town homes and single family homes range from SIOO,OOO to $190,000 in
the development.
“We have an array of buyers including young families, single professionals and active adults,” said Richard Schippel, sales associate with Sivica Homes.
“People love the development’s streetscapes, the ‘Craftsman’ look of the homes and the incredible amount of detail they get for their money. In addition,
we are building a grand amenity center. Nothing in Macon compares to this.”
Sivica laid the foundation for the spacious Community Clubhouse recently. Built for neighborhood gatherings, it will feature 2,400 square feet of people
