McGlamry’s plans for the development call for three separate subdivisions within the development with lot sizes ranging from 9,100 to 11,200 square foot. He told the commission that his homes will be in the $200,000 range, and will be designed for retirees. McGlamry said he would submit his request with a new set of plans by the com mission’s next meeting June 13. If approved, a final deci sion on whether the proper ty will be annexed and rezoned will be made by the Perry City Council. Once local gov ernments complete training or purchase approved equip ment, they may then submit requests for repayment. To qualify for the grants, requests must align with the State Strategic Plan.
