Today
• The Middle Georgia Koi Society
will be hosting its annual tour of
ponds from 10 a m. until 7 p.m. The
tour includes 11 homes in the
Houston-Peach-Bibb county area.
Tickets are $5 for adults, free for
children and include a detailed map
showing the location of each pond.
Participants may visit as many of the
ponds as they wish, but the society
stresses that each is unique and
should not be missed. Tickets and

Rowe, a 2001 graduate of
Houston County High
School, graduated cum
laude with a bachelor’s
degree in psychology. She
was honored to wear cords
from the following honor
societies: National Society of
Collegiate Scholars, Alpha
Lambda Delta and Delta
Epsilon lota.
Rowe maintained Dean’s
List while at UGA and also

The Robins Air Force Base / Air Force Association Local
Quarterly Achievement Award for the first quarter of
2005 was presented to Harold Feightner of the Avionics
Maintenance Group, by Steve Davis, Col. Eriksen, and
Col. Chew, assisted by Lynn Morley, AFA Carl Vinson
Memorial Chapter president. Feightner is a leader and a
mentor, responsible for providing “spot-on” overhead
support leading dynamic team pivotal to Avionics
Support. He is responsible for increased flexibility in
budget efforts and reducing backorders significantly
ensuring the timely support of war fighters.

on Tuesday with Magician
Ken Scott entertaining kids
of all ages.
Scott will perform at the
Perry Library at 10 a.m., at
Nola Brantley Memorial
Library in Warner Robins at
1 p.m. and at the Centerville
City Hall at 3 p.m.
Scott is returning to
Houston County for the
