Cadet Major Robert
Anzaione, Northside High
School student, was named
Outstanding Air Force
JROTC Cadet. The
Northside Eagles were pre
sented their awards during
a recent ceremony at the
Officers’ Club on Robins Air
Force Base.
The awards were present
ed by Brig. Gen. Chris
Anzaione and AFA chapter
President Lynn Morley.
Cadet Anzaione received a
plaque, and Chief Master
Sgt. James was given a
plaque and a $250 cash
award. They will next com
pete at the state level.

Force JROTC Cadet, Cadet
Anzaione was recognized for
his characteristics that con
tribute to leadership and
indicate future value in posi
tions of responsibility. His
class ranking, initiative,
positive attitude, self-confi
dence, courtesy, promptness,
and respect for customs
were all part of the judging
criteria.
Chief Master Sgt. James
was selected as Teacher of
the Year after a critique of
his professional resume and
description of curricular
activities, which incorporate
aerospace education into the
Curriculum and/or class
room. This is the second
year in a row that a
Northside High School
instructor has won this
award. In 2004, Lt. Col.
Gaylord Winge won both the
chapter and state-level
Teacher of the Year wards.
