The June 14 Houston County Grand
Jury, in the name of the citizens of
Georgia, charge and accuse the follow
ing suspects with actions contrary to the
laws of the state, the good order, peace
and dignity thereof. The names below
have been accused and charged, but
not found guilty or not guilty of the
crimes.
• Christopher Wayne Arnold, 35,
Rentz, and Heather Nicole Owens, 27,
were each indicted on charges of crimi
nal attempt to manufacture metham
phetamine and conspiracy to manufac
ture methamphetamine, for knowingly
and willfully taking a substantial step
towards the manufacture of the sched
ule II controlled substance and commit
ting an overt act to effect the object of
the conspiracy by possessing items
used to make methamphetamine,
including a coffee grinder and liquid fire,
on or about Jan. 21. Arnold was also
indicted on a charge of insufficient tag
light, for operating a motor vehicle with
out a separate light sufficient to illumi
nate the rear tag to render it clearly vis
ible from a distance of 50 feet, on or
about Jan. 21.
• Darnel Nathanial Hawkins, 23,
425 Alabama Ave., Warner Robins,
Ronald Edward Howard and Mathis Lee
Ward Sr., were each indicted on
charges of possession of cocaine with
intent to distribute, possession of a
firearm during a crime and possession
of a firearm by a convicted felon, for
possessing with intent to distribute the
controlled substance, having within
arm’s reach a firearm while doing so
and possessing the firearm, all on or
about Jan. 26, having each previously
been convicted of a felony. Hawkins
was also indicted on a charge of false
statements and writings, for signing the
arrest and booking report and finger
print card in a false name on or about
Jan. 26.
• Lindsey James Adams, 24, 106
Eastland Drive, Warner Robins, was
indicted on a charge of party to a crime
of insurance fraud, for being party to the
crime of insurance fraud by knowingly
and willfully aiding in the representation
of material fact in filing of an insurance
claim that a truck was stolen, when in
fact it had not been stolen on or
between July 25 and July 27, 2004.
• David Wade Bartlett, 39, 436
Tallulah Trail, Warner Robins, was
indicted on charges of possession of
carisoprodol with intent to distribute and

Four local men have been
indicted on insurance fraud
charges from last July after a
pickup truck was found in
the Flint River.
The charges stem from the
investigation by Warner
Robins Police Department
Criminal Investigations
Division, that which assis
tance Warner Robins Fire
Department Dive Team,
Department of Natural
Resources and were able to
recover the submerged truck
from the Flint River in
Crawford County.
Felix Thom, 25, 721 Hill
St., Warner Robins, was
arrested May 13 for false
report of a crime and fraudu
lent insurance claims for
reporting his truck stolen
last July.
Lindsey Adams, 24, 106
Eastland Drive, Warner
Robins, was arrested June
13, for his part in the dispos
al of a truck in the Flint
River. Det, Brad Mules said
Adams was “just one of the
buddies there hootin’ and
hollerin’ when they pushed
the truck in. We told him we
knew he was a witness, but
he chose not to cooperate.”
The two others indicted on
the party to a crime charges,

Michelle Circle, Byron;
Edward Waller 111, 25, 2278
U.S. 41 North, Perry; were
also indicted on conspiracy to
commit insurance fraud.
According to the indictment,
they allegedly conspired with
a third man to commit the
crime of insurance fraud by
making the false representa
tion of fact stating that a
2003 Ducati motorcycle was
stolen when it was not.
Jackson was arrested May
13 and Waller on May 24,
and remain in jail without
bond, as does Adams.

possession of an open container of
alcoholic beverage while in a vehicle,
for possessing the schedule IV con
trolled substance commonly known as
Soma with intent to distribute same and
possessing an open container of Bud
Light beer while a passenger in a vehi
cle at Russell Parkway and Elaine Drive
in Warner Robins on or about March 28.
• Jeremy C. Bishop, 28, 626 Todd
Circle, Warner Robins, was indicted on
charges of aggravated stalking,
obstructing or hindering emergency
telephone call, battery (family violence)
and criminal trespass/ damage to prop
erty for unlawfully having violent contact
with the victim by hitting her with intent
to harass and intimidate after having
been previously ordered not to have
similar contact, preventing her from
making a 911 call by pulling the phone
cord out of the wall, intentionally caus
ing visible harm to her, a person former
ly living in the same household as the
accused, by hitting her and causing
damage less than SSOO to her property
by putting her purse and clothes in a tub
of hot water, on or about May 21.
• Christopher Laray Blanson, 30,
115 Austin Ave., Apt. 507, Warner
Robins, was indicted on charges of
aggravated assault, battery, false
imprisonment and possession of a knife
during a crime, for assaulting the victim
with a knife, causing visible harm to her
by slapping her resulting in an abrasion
on her lip, detaining her by blocking the
doorway and possessing a knife having
a blade of three inches or more during
commission of the aggravated assault,
on or about May 15.
• Bobby Gene Cofield, 41, 177
Jones Ave., Macon, was indicted on
charges of cruelty to children and bat
tery (family violence), for willfully and
maliciously causing cruel or excessive
physical pain to a child under age 18 liv
ing in the same household as the
accused by paddling him resulting in
bruising on or about Nov. 18, 2003.
Cofield was also indicted on charges of
possession of methamphetamine,
weaving on the roadway, driving under
the influence and driving with a sus
pended or revoked license, for possess
ing the controlled substance, failing to
maintain a single lane of travel, driving
a motor vehicle under the influence of
alcohol and operating a motor vehicle
after his license had been
suspended/revoked, all on or about
Dec. 17, 2003.

• Travis Tyrone Cumby, 215
Sunstede Drive, Warner Robins, was
indicted on charges of obstruction of an
officer (two counts) and disrupting a
public school, for willfully obstructing a
law enforcement officer by offering to do
to said officer by pushing him away, fail
ing to obey his commands and fleeing
from him, and disrupting a public school
by becoming loud and belligerent on or
about Feb. 11.
• Alando Ramone Dawkins, 29,106
Keith Drive, Warner Robins, was indict
ed on charges of criminal damage to
property (second degree) and dis
charge of a firearm on or near a public
highway, for intentionally damaging the
vehicle of another by shooting out the
rear window, driver’s-side window and
front windshield, causing damage in
excess of SSOO, and discharging the
gun within 50 years of a public street,
Ridge Bend Drive, on or about May 16.
• Jeremiah Robert Doane, 25, 307
S. Cambridge Drive, Centerville, was
indicted on charges of burglary and
theft by receiving stolen property, for
unlawfully entering the dwelling of
another with intent to commit theft
therein and dispose of four rings, prop
erty of the victim, which the accused
knew of should have known were
stolen, on or about May 12.
• Christine Farmer, 39, 201
Wrasling Way, Warner Robins, was
indicted on charges of obstruction of an
officer, seatbelt violation and disorderly
conduct, for obstructions a law enforce
ment officer by offering or doing vio
lence to the person of the officer by
kicking him and refusing to obey verbal
commands, failing to wear a seatbelt
while a passenger in a motor vehicle
and acting in a violent or tumultuous
manor by cursing or yelling loudly at the
law enforcement officer whereby such
person was placed in reasonable fear
for his life, on or about May 17.
• Angela Michelle Height, 35,
Jeffersonville, was indicted on charges
of aggravated stalking and terroristic
threats or acts, for unlawfully contacting
the victim by calling her name with
intent to harass and intimidate her after
previously been ordered not to have
similar contact with her by court order,
and threatening the victim stating, Til
cut your a** with this bottle,” on or about
Nov. 28, 2003. Height, 320 Carl Vinson
Parkway #Bl7, Warner Robins, was
also indicted on charges of aggravated
assault (two counts), for maliciously

charges of party to the crime of insur
ance fraud and conspiracy to commit
insurance fraud, for knowingly aiding in
the false representation of fact in filing
an insurance claim on a stolen pickup
truck, when truck had not in fact been
stolen and conspiring with two others to
commit the crime of insurance fraud by
making the false representation of fact
stating that a Ducati motorcycle was
stolen when in fact it was not, on or
between July 20-28, 2004.
• Jamar Charles Jackson, 26, 113
Sydney Hicks Road, Warner Robins,
was indicted on charges of carrying
weapons within school safety zones
and criminal trespass, for possessing a
Davis model P-380 handgun within the
Warner Robins High School and Bert
Rumble Middle School safety zone and
knowingly without authority enter upon
land of Sydney Hicks Housing Authority
after receiving notice such entry was
forbidden, on or about Nov, 14, 2003.
• Shavakie Devon Johnson, 25,
835 Johnson Road Apt. #2, Warner
Robins, was indicted on charges of bur
glary and theft by receiving stolen prop
erty, for unlawfully entering a dwelling of
another with intent to commit a theft
therein and intentionally possessing
and disposing of an acoustic guitar of
the victim, which accused knew or
should have known was stolen, on or
about April 11.
• William Lee Kearney, 34, 324
Brantley Drive, Warner Robins, was
indicted on charges of robbery and
criminal attempt to commit robbery by
intimidation, for taking six Mega Buck
lottery tickets from the store clerk by
sudden snatching, on or about May 5,
and attempting to take money from the
register of another store clerk by sud
den snatching, use of force, threat and
intimidation, on or about May 6.
• Willie Dewayne Lattimore, 35,
200 American Blvd., Warner Robins,
was indicted on charges of terroristic
threats and acts (three counts), for
threatening to kill the sheriff, a lieu
tenant and the assistant fire chief, on or
about March 28,2002.
• Larry Ledet, 34, 100 Sunstede

about April 3.
• Troy Anthony Lewis, 34, 223
Frances St., Warner Robins, was indict
ed on charges of criminal receipt of
goods and services fraudulently
obtained and theft by fiduciary, for swip
ing his own personal debit card through
the transaction machine at work to
refund his personal account SSOO and
taking the SSOO from his employer while
acting a fiduciary handling his employ
ee's money, on or about April 7.
• Cassie Marie Mane, 22, 117
Knightsbridge Road, Warner Robins,
was indicted on charges of aggravated
assault and possession of a knife during
a crime, for assaulting the victim with a
knife, stabbing him resulting in a wound
to his arm, and unlawfully possessing a
knife having a blade of three inches or
more during the aggravated assault, on
or about May 15.
• Tracy Ann Powell, 301 Shirley
Drive, Warner Robins, was indicted on
charge of theft by deception, for inten
tionally obtaining U.S. currency of the
owner by deceitful means having an
value exceeding SSOO, by reprinting
sales receipts, entering the duplicate as
a return, withdrawing the cash value of
the return and retaining the currency
with intent of depriving the owner of
said property, on or between Feb. 4 and
May 5.
• Jose Franciso Ravalcaba, 29,
Fort Valley, on charges of false state
ments and writings, giving false name,
driving under the influence (two counts),
driving without a license and no proof of
insurance, for signing a fictitious name
to the booking report and fingerprint
cards at the Warner Robins Police
Department, giving the false name to a
law enforcement officer, driving a mov
ing vehicle while his alcohol concentra
tion was 0.08 grams or more, driving
under the influence of alcohol to the
extent that it was less safe to do so,
driving a motor vehicle on Watson
Boulevard without a valid driver’s
license and fail to provide proof of
required insurance, on or about Feb.
20.

was indicted on charge of burglary, for
unlawfully entering the dwelling of

on charge of aggravated assault for
unlawfully assaulted the victim with a
Ryder moving truck, on or about Jan.
12, 2004.

St., Warner Robins, was indicted on
charges of insurance fraud and false
report of a crime, for knowingly making
a false representation filing a claim for
insurance reporting a Chevy pickup
truck stolen, when in fact it was not, and
giving a false report of a crime to the
Warner Robins Police Department, that
the truck was stolen, when it had not
been, on or about July 27,2004.
• Roger Troy Tollett, 40,107 Dudley
St., Warner Robins, was indicted on
charges of terroristic threats and acts
and stalking, for threatened the victim
stating “he would drive a wrecker
through her store and dance on some
heads,” and unlawfully contacting
another victim by calling her place of
employment with intent to harass and
intimidate her, on or about May 13.
• Teresa Veal, 29,909 Southern Ave.
#4, Warner Robins, was indicted on
charges of aggravated assault (two
counts) and possession of a knife dur
ing a crime, for making an assault on a
victim with a knife, cutting said victim
causing lacerations, assaulting another
victim with a pit bull dog, inciting the dog
to bite the victim resulting in injuries and
possessing an knife having a blade of
three inches or more during the aggra
vated assault, on or about May 19.
• James E. Waller 111, 21, 2278 U.S.
41 N„ Perry, was indicted on charges of
party to the crime of insurance fraud
and conspiracy to commit insurance
fraud, for knowingly aiding in the false
representation of fact in filing an insur
ance claim on a stolen Chevy pickup
truck, when the truck had not in fact
been stolen, on or between July 20-28,
2004; and conspiring with two others to
commit the crime of insurance fraud by
making the false representation of fact
stating that a Ducati motorcycle was
stolen when in fact it was not, on or
between July 1-25, 2004.
• Ephraim L. Williams, 53, Danville,
was indicted on charges of child
molestation, for performing an immoral
or indecent act, masturbating in front of
two girls under age 16, with intent to
arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of
the children or the accused, on or about
