• Members of Animal Rescue
and Kindness (ARK) will hold a
flea market sale from 8 a.m. to 3
p.m. at 115 Bonanza Drive,

• An indoor yard sale will be
held at Happy Hour Workshop 11,

• The Middle Georgia
Democratic Women’s Club will
meet for a social hour at 9 a.m.

ter. The MGDWC will be paying
for breakfast for each of the
members and visitors who come

• Fort Valley State University
will host its first Homebuyers'
Fair be held from 10 a.m. to 2
p.m. at the lot between Burger
King and Blue Bird at the inter

in Fort Valley. The one-day event
will include information on down
payments and mortgages,
lenders, budgeting and saving
tips. FVSU’s Mobile Information
Technology Center will be avail
able for on-site training. There
will be activities for the children
ranging from face painting and a
moonwalk to an on-site fire safe
ty house activity to teach chil
dren about fire safety in the
