• Jerry Anthony Hargraves, 53, 211
Lake Lillian Drive. Perry, was indicted on
charges of cruelty to children and battery
(family violence), for willfully and mali
ciously causing cruel or excessive pain
and visible harm to a child under age 18
by slapping him resulting in a black eye
and bruising, on or about Jan. 22.
• Bryan Michael Harlowe, 20, 205
Woodcarver Trail, Warner Robins, was
indicted on charges of possession of
methamphetamine, criminal use of an arti
cle with an altered identification and insuf
ficient tag light, for possessing the con
trolled substance, possessing a firearm
from which the serial number had been
removed, and operating a motor vehicle
without a separate light sufficient to illumi
nate the tag to render it clearly legible for
50 feet to the rear, on or about April 16,
2004.
• Richard Shane Harrell, 28,
Hawkinsville, was indicted on charges of
theft by taking and possession of a firearm
by a convicted felon for unlawfully take a
Ruger 44 magnum and Ruger .22 of the
victim with the intention of depriving the
owner use of said property and possess
ing the firearms on or about May 15, hav
ing previously been convicted of a felony
(entering auto to commit a theft) on July
18, 2001. Harrell was also indicted on
charges of theft by receiving stolen prop
erty, criminal trespass/damage to property
(two counts), escape, obstruction of an
officer and theft by taking, for possessing
a stolen 1981 Jeep Scrambler when he
should have known it was stolen and with
out intent to return it to the owner, unlaw
fully entering the property of another for
an unlawful purpose, intentionally damag
ing the property of another by kicking the
door jamb and damaging the phone lines,
intentionally escaping after being in lawful
custody, obstructing a deputy by refusing
to obey commands and taking handcuffs
(the property of the Houston County
Sheriffs Department) with the intention of
depriving the owner of use or possession,
on or about May 30.
• Dewayne Thomas Harrelson, 41,
100 Robin Drive, Bonaire, was indicted on
charges of obstruction of an officer and
terroristic threats and acts, for offering or
doing violence to a deputy by kicking him
in the hand, threatening a victim by stating
he "would kill her." and threatening two
other deputies stating he “would kill him"
and "when he got out, he would get his
hands on him," on or about May 7.
• Russell Haynes, 21, Albany, was
indicted on charges of burglary, fleeing
and attempting to elude, reckless driving
and driving without a license, for unlawful
ly entering a building on Courtney Hodges
Boulevard with intent to commit a theft
therein, willfully fleeing a pursuing police
vehicle after having been give a visual
sign to stop from a uniformed officer dis
playing a badge in a marked police car,
driving a motor vehicle in a reckless man
ner by running a red light while fleeing
from police and operating the motor vehi
cle on a public road without a valid driver's
license, on or about June 3.
• Sean Haynes, 19, Albany, was indict
ed on charge of burglary, for unlawfully
entering a building Courtney Hodges
Boulevard with intent to commit a theft
therein, on or about June 3.

ference with government property, for
damaging the spnnkler system in cell D
-17 in the Houston County Detention
Center by breaking the sprinkler head on
or about Aug. 20, 2004.
• Marquintress Lachey Hill, 31, 110
Charles Circle, Warner Robins, was indict
ed on charges of aggravated assault and
possession of a knife during a crime, for
assaulting the victim's person with a knife
and possessing a knife with a blade of
three inches or more during the commis
sion of the felony on or about May 28.
• Clifford Thomas Holland, 36, 107
Hillside Dnve, Warner Robins, was indict
ed on charges of possession of metham
phetamine and possession of marijuana
(less than one ounce), for possessing the
Schedule II controlled substance and less
than one ounce of marijuana on or about
April 20.
• Beverly Jean Johnson, 35, 1603
Macon Road Apt 106, Perry, was indicted
on charges of aggravated assault and
obstruction of an officer, for assaulting the
victims person with hot cooking grease
and knowingly and willfully hindering a law
enforcement officer by refusing to open
the door, on or about June 1.
• Johnny Paul Murray, 43, 409
Vermont Ave., Warner Robins, was indict
ed on charges of obstruction of an officer
(three counts), for knowingly and willfully
obstructing three Warner Robins police
officer in the lawful discharge of their
duties by offering or doing violence to the
officers by fighting with them, resulting in
injuries to them, on or about June 8.
• Everett Gary Neal, 50,201 Billy Ave.,
Warner Robins, was indicted on charges
of aggravated sexual battery and child
molestation, for willfully and intentionally
performing two immoral or indecent acts
to a child under 16 with intent to arouse of
satisfy the sexual desires of the accused
or the victim, on or about Dec. 1,2003.
• Rene Puissant, 63, Hawkinsville,
was indicted on charges of obstruction of
an officer, driving under the influence and
operating a vehicle without licensed tag
and/or current decal, for knowingly and
willfully obstruct a deputy by offering or
doing violence to him by refusing to obey
lawful commands and wrestling and fight
ing with said deputy while being placed
into custody, for driving a motor vehicle
under the influence of alcohol to the extent
is was less safe to do so, and operating it
on a public street without current tag or
revalidation decal affixed to the comer, on
or about Feb. 1, 2002.
• Noah M. Putman, 17, 1405
Cambridge Drive, Warner Robins, was
indicted on charges of aggravated assault
and battery, for assaulting the victim with a
pellet gun, shooting him in the head and
back and causing substantial visible harm
to the victim by striking him with a long
stick, breaking the skin in his arms, on or
about Feb 13.
• Michael Phillip Ross, 34, 310
Centennial Drive, Byron, was indicted on
charges of cruelty to children and battery
(domestic violence), for willfully and mali
ciously causing a child under age 18 cruel
or excessive physically pain by striking
her, resulting in redness and discoloration,
on or about Dec. 28,2003. Ross was also
indicted on charges of aggravated assault
and possession of a firearm or knife dur
ing a crime (two counts each), for making
assault on two victims with a firearm and
possessing the firearm while committing
the felonies, on or about March 2.
