OBITUARIES
DOROTHY X CONNELL
WARNER ROBINS - Dorothy T. Connell,
76, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2005,
at Houston Medical Center. Services were
held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2005, at
Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church with
interment following in Magnolia Park
Cemetery. Visitation was from 6 until 8 p.m.
Saturday, July 16, 2005, at McCullough
Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family
suggests donations be made to Pleasant Hill
Primitive Baptist Church, 600 S. Pleasant
Hill Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088;Meals-On-Wheels, 1137
Kathleen Bynum Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31093; Hospice Of

Connell lived most of her life in Warner Robins. She was a
faithful and very active member of Pleasant Hill Primitive
Baptist Church. She retired from Anderson Chemical after 30
years as a laboratory technician and loved to crochet. She was
preceded in death by her husband, John Connell; her son,
Larry Connell; and her parents, Andrew and Nora Thompson.
Survivors include her daughter, Judy Connell Di Fiore of
Warner Robins; sisters, Joyce Fordham of Aubumdale, Fla.,
Ann Williams (Jack) of Eastman, Elizabeth Coleman (Tommy)
of Eastman, Geraldeen Daniel (James) of Hawkinsville; broth
ers, Billy Thompson (Geraldeen) of Cochran, Wilbur
Thompson (Linda) of Cadwell; several nieces and nephews.

CHARLES DAVID HARRISON
WARNER ROBINS - Charles David
Harrison was bom in Sandersville on Aug. 5,
1930. He was married to Joann Harrison of
Kite for 25 years. He resided in Warner
Robins for 35 years. He was a retired chemi
cal plant manager.
Harrison is survived by three children,
Sheila Taylor of Lizella, Lynn Nelms (Phillip)
Nelms of Flowery Branch, and Ernie Becker
(Crystal) of Lawrenceville; two brothers,
Thomas Harrison (Betty) of Bartow, Harvey
Harrison of Sandersville; and sister, Elizabeth Curlin (Fred) of
Statesboro. They shared eight grandchildren and one great
granddaughter.
Charlie was a wonderful, caring, and loving husband, father,
grandparent and friend. He touched everyone’s life through
his love, wisdom, generosity and most of all, through his home
cooked meals and baked goodies. Charlie, you are tremen
dously loved, and will be missed, but never forgotten in our
hearts.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be
made to Friendship Baptist Church, 1322 Feagin Mill Road,
Warner Robins, GA 31088. The family received friends at the
home of Charles and Joann Harrison from 6-8 p.m. Monday,
July 18, 2005.
PATRICIA KENNEDY Lil t)WITZ
WARNER ROBINS - Patricia Kennedy Litowitz, 69, passed
away on Saturday, July 16, 2005, at Serenity Gate. Services
will be held at 2 p.m., following visitation from 1-2 p.m., on
Wednesday, July 20, 2005, in the chapel of McCullough
Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park
Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July
19, 2005 (TODAY), at McCullough Funeral Home, with a
prayer service at 7:30 p.m. The family suggests donations be
made to the National Kidney Foundation of Georgia, 2951
Flowers Road South, Suite 211, Atlanta, GA 30341; or Hospice
of Houston County, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA
31088.
Litowitz was bom in Columbus, Ohio. She was a graduate of
Lash High School in Zanesville, Ohio, and Mt. Carmel College
in Columbus, Ohio. Litowitz was preceded in death by her
father, John Kennedy; her husband, Sherman David Litowitz.
Survivors include her daughters, Bambi Tuttle (Rick) of
Renville, Minn., Heidi Hagan (John), Oviedo, Fla., Wendi
Bradley (Mitch) of St. Petersburg, Fla.; mother, Lois Kennedy
of Pompano Beach, Fla.; sister, Becky Phillips (Randy) of
Lighthouse Point, Fla.; five grandchildren and four great
grandchildren. The family may be contacted at 100 Baltus

HENRY CLAYBON TAYLOR
PERRY - Heniy Claybon Taylor died on Friday, July 15,
2005. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 18,
at the First Baptist Church of Perry with interment at Perry
Memorial Gardens. The Revs. Rick Parker and Derry Oliver
will officiate. Visitation was from 4 - 6 p.m. Sunday. In lieu of
flowers the family suggest donations be made to the donor’s
charity of choice.
Taylor was bom in Greene County and was the son of the
late Henry G. and Leo Massey Taylor. He was retired from
Robins Air Force Base where he worked in aircraft mainte
nance, member of the Masonic Tyrian Lodge 111 and member
of First Baptist Church of Perry.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Taylor of Perry; children,
Bobby Taylor (Sook) of Hammond, La., Terry Taylor of Byron,
Cheryl Bryant of Grovetown, and Len (Karen) Taylor of Perry;
step-children, Jonanne (Russ) Ford of Kathleen, John (Carla)
O’Neal of Perry, Sandra (Paul) Crowder of Perry and Jeff
(Valerie) O’Neal of Kathleen; grandchildren, Terri Lynn
Taylor, Christie Taylor, Kelly Spriggs, Curtis Spriggs, Robby
Taylor; three great grandchildren.
