1961, a copy of which is of record in

The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is hereby declared
due because of, among other possible
events of default, non-payment of the
monthly installments on said loan. The
debt remaining in default, this sale will
be made for the purpose of paying the
same and all expenses of this sale,
including attorney's fees. Said property
will be sold subject to any outstanding
ad valorem taxes, special assess
ments, unpaid utility bills constituting
liens against the property, and all secu
rity deeds, liens and encumbrances
existing when the above-described
