with possession with intent

Perry Police have been

stretched back at least four

Heath Dykes with the Perry
Police Department.
Sgt. Ron Brainard stopped
the suspect at around 2:30

police were called to reports
of suspicious activity near a
hotel along Perimeter Road.
Hardett was allegedly seen
dropping off a passenger
who walked around the back
side of the building. Police
followed the man to a near

Nunn. According to Dykes,
Hardett sat in the truck for
8 minutes, allegedly waiting
for his passenger. Brainard
drove alongside the truck,
and questioned Hardett.
According to Dykes, Hardett
told Brainard that he was
waiting for his friend to
pick up some food inside the
restaurant. Hardett alleg
edly submitted to a search

found a .380-calibre pistol
