+ first outdoor Christian
concert on Carroll
Street Saturday.
The event, “Wake
Up, Perry!” which,
according to reports,
attracted nearly 1000
people, included
performances from
local artists such as
“Bondservant”, “JJ
Weeks” and “Master’s
Table.” Designed to
be fun for the whole
family, the event
was free, but those
attending were asked
to bring canned
goods for admission
to be donated to the
local Perry Volunteer
