On 5/12/06 officers were
dispatched to the park on Vicky
Lynn Drive in reference to subjects
selling VGCSA. As the officer ap
proached, the subject began to run.
Officer placed Cortney Mosely under
arrest and a search revealed three
large baggies containing marijuana
in his front pocket.
The above listed property
was being used or intended for use,
directly or indirectly, to facilitate vio
lations of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act, and/or represents
proceeds realized or derived from
such violations and/or funds com
mingled with such proceeds and/or
represent "things of value" found I
close proximity to controlled sub
stances and is subject to forfeiture
pursuant to O.C.G.A. §l6-13-49.
All parties claiming an in
terest in said property are further ad
vised that they may file a claim
within thirty (30) days of the second
