Under and by virtue of the power of
sale contained in that certain Deed to
Secure Debt from Joseph Mulbah to
Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc. as nominee for Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its suc
cessors and assigns, in the original
principal amount of $109,373.00
dated 03/26/2001, and recorded in
Deed Book 12020, page 190, DeKalb
County records, said Security Deed
being last transferred and assigned
to U.S. Bank, N.A. in Deed Book
22398, page 22, DeKalb County re
cords, the undersigned will sell at
public outcry to the highest bidder for
cash before the Courthouse door in
said County, during the legal hours of
sale, on the first Tuesday of October,
2014 by U.S. Bank National Associ
ation aka U.S. Bank, N.A., as Attor-
ney-in-Fact for Joseph Mulbah the
following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Land Lot 139,18th Dis
trict, DeKalb County, Georgia being
Lot 20, Block C, Cedar Park Place
Subdivision per plat recorded in Plat
Book 87, Page 36, DeKalb County re
cords which plat is incorporated
herein and made a part hereof by ref
erence.
Property known as: 4795 Cedar Park
Way, Stone Mountain, GA 30083
The indebtedness secured by said
Deed to Secure Debt having been
declared due and payable because of
default in the payment of the in
debtedness secured thereby, this
sale will be made for the purposes of
paying the same and all expenses of
sale, including attorney's fees, (no
tice having been given as provided
by law).
The property will be sold as the prop
erty of Joseph Mulbah subject to the
following:
(1) all prior restrictive covenants,
easements, rights-of-way or encum
brances; (2) all valid zoning ordin
ances; (3) matters which would be
disclosed by an accurate survey of
the property; (4) the outstanding ad
valorem taxes and assessments, if
any; (5) unpaid water and sewage
bills, that constitute liens against the
property, whether due and payable or
not yet due and payable; and (6) mat
ters of record superior to the security
deed first set out above.

162.2 the name of the person or en
tity who has the full authority to nego
tiate, amend, or modify the terms of
the aforementioned indebtedness is:
