amended (the “Declaration”), filed of
record in the DeKalb County, Geor

Court Order dated October 6, 2017,
there will be sold by the DeKalb
County Sheriffs Office at public out
cry to the highest bidder for cash be

The debt secured by the
Association’s lien, which totals

cause of failure to pay the indebted

tion. The debt remaining in default,

pose of paying same and all ex
