Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. as
Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage In
vestors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-
Backed Certificates, Series 2005-
NC1, a/k/a Deutsche Bank National
Trust Co., as Trustee for the Certific
ateholders of the MLMI Trust is the
owner and/or holder, per an Assign
ment of Mortgage recorded 12/20/12,
Deed Book 23464, Page 560. The
sale of the Property is without right of
redemption. At the time of sale, the
successful bidder(s) will deposit with
the Special Master at least ten per
cent (10%) of the successful bid, by
cash, cashier's check or certified
check, payable to Plaintiffs counsel
of record. Before bidding at sale, bid
ders shall present proof to the Spe
cial Master that they can comply with
this requirement or cannot bid.
Plaintiff may place credit bids on the
amount due on the Note and Deed of
Trust, without payment of cash. A
third-party purchaser will pay the bal
ance of the purchase price for the
Property in cash, cashier's check or
certified check payable to Plaintiff's
counsel of record, within 48 hours
after the sale. If the successful bid
der defaults on this or any other con
dition of sale, then the deposit is for
feited and shall be applied to the ex
penses of sale. The Property may
then be re-advertised and resold or
sold to the second highest bidder, at
Plaintiffs discretion. If Plaintiff is the
purchaser, then the Special Master
will credit on Plaintiffs bid the total
sums due to Plaintiff or such portion
necessary to full pay Plaintiffs bid. If
not the purchaser, Plaintiff will ad
vance all subsequent of this action
for which it will be reimbursed by the
Special Master. A successful third-
party bidder at the sale shall pay, in
addition to the amount of the bid, any
documentary stamps and land re
gistry fees and like costs, as provided
by law. Upon filing the confirmation
order, the sale proceeds shall be ap
plied to Plaintiffs costs and disburse
ments of this case, expenses of sale,
including documentary stamps af
fixed to the order if applicable, the
total sum due to Plaintiff less the
items paid, plus interest at the rate
prescribed by state law from this date
to the sale date. Upon full compli
ance with the terms of sale, the Spe
cial Master shall execute a Report of
Sale for filing with the Clerk of Court,
subject to confirmation by the Court
which, upon Plaintiffs motion, shall
enter an order, confirming the sale of
the Property, conveying title to the
Property to the purchaser at sale, to
be recorded the local land records re
gistry, with the same legal effect as a
Certificate of Title or other convey
ance, per Fla. Stat. Section 45.011
and 702.10 et seq. Plaintiff may as
sign the judgment and/or credit bid by
executing an assignment prior to is
suance of an order confirming the
sale of the Property, without further
order of the Court. Plaintiff and/or any
other purchaser at the sale is gran
ted possession of the Property, its
improvements, fixtures and other
contents, which all other parties, oc
cupants and entities shall vacate fol
lowing the sale, as directed by the
U.S. Marshall and/or local law en
forcement officers, who, along with
his or her deputies and agents, are
authorized and directed to take any
and all action to remove any persons
and their belongings from the Prop

21966, Page 236, DeKalb County,
Georgia Records, said Security Deed
having been given to secure a Note
of even date in the original principal
amount of One Hundred One Thou
sand One Hundred Thirty-Four and
00/100 dollars ($101,134.00), with in
terest thereon as provided for therein,
said Security Deed having been last
sold, assigned and transferred to
Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a
Delaware Limited Liability Company,
there will be sold at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash at the
DeKalb County Courthouse, within
the legal hours of sale on the first
Tuesday in September, 2018, all

Security Deed has been and is
hereby declared due because of de
fault under the terms of said Security
Deed and Note. The indebtedness
remaining in default, this sale will be
made for the purpose of paying the
same, all expenses of the sale, in
cluding attorneys’ fees (notice to col
lect same having been given) and all
other payments provided for under
the terms of the Security Deed and
Note.
Said property will be sold on an “as-
is” basis without any representation,
warranty or recourse against the
above-named or the undersigned.
The sale will also be subject to the

title: any outstanding ad valorem
taxes (including taxes which are a li
en, whether or not now due and pay
able); the right of redemption of any
