DeKalb County continues to
monitor the COVID-19 emer
gency and has the technology
to conduct the calendar virtu
ally. In lieu of an appearance,
all parties shall contact the
Court by September 18th re
garding proceeding with the
Hearing using the Zoom applic
ation.
This is a ONE-WEEK Trial Cal
endar. All cases should expect
to be reached during the week
of trial. Cases may be called
out of order as scheduling de
mands. Parties will be spe
cially set for trial during the pre
trial conference. The parties
are reminded to review the
Court's Standing Order as they
prepare the proposed Consolid
ated Pre-Trial order and in anti
cipation of their attendance at
the Pre-Trial Conference.
Parties must submit a CON
SOLIDATED Pretrial Order by
September 18, 2020, in con
formity with Uniform State
Court Rule 7.2. Failure to re
spond to this calendar, or to file
the proposed Consolidated
Pretrial Order, may result in the
parties and/or their counsel be

in the DISMISSAL of the com
plaint, answer, counterclaim,
cross claim or third party, as
appropriate.
