The Greatest Discovery Yet.
W, M. Repine, editor Tiskilwa, 111.,
“Chief.” says: “We won’t keep house
without Dr, King’s New Discovery for
Consumption, Coughs and Colds.* Ex
penmented with many others, but never
got the true remedy until we used Dr
King’s New Discovery. No other remedy
can take its place in our borne, as in it
we have a certain and sure cure for
Coughs. Colds, Whooping Cough, etc.”
It is idle to experiment with other rem
edies, even if they are urged on yon as
just as good as Dr. King’s New Dis
covery. They are not as gool, because
this remedy has a record of cures and
besides is guaranteed. It never fails to

Colonel Candler stated he hai be

STEIN MAY HAVE TO SKIP.
ViffllMtic® <'<tikiinlttee Will Probably Pay
the Atlanta Kditor a VntU.
Atlanta, Dec. 24.—1 tis reported
here that an organized movement has
been put afoot to force Editor Stein to
abandon the publication of nis paper,
The Looking Glass, and-to leave town.
A meeting of some of the substantial
business and professional men of the
town ia eaid to have been held in the
Equitable building for the purpose of
putting this sentiment into form.
Neither O’Neill or Johnson, the two
men who figure in the embroglio with
Editor Stein, were at the meeting, and
so far as can be learned they had noth
ing to do with getting it up. It was at
tended, however, by a number of others,
who have been aggrieved from time to
time by publications in Stein’s paper.
There are two versions of the course
which'is to be pursued to rid the town
of The Looking Glass and its editor.
One is that a systematic boycott is to be
instituted against any publishing house
who publishes it, as well as advertisers
in that paper.
Another is that a committee is to wait
upon Editor Stein and request him to
make a quick settlement of his affairs
and leave the city. Those who know
Stein best say the latter course would
be barren of the result desired, as he
would never yield to threats.

The first, when the girl passes from child
