David Tate and Jeff Evans make up the entire cast of more than 22 characters of “A
Tuna Christmas.”
A Tuna Christmas’ set for December
The Winder-Barrow
Community Theatre will
present “A Tuna Christmas”
the second weekend in
December.
The show will be presented
on Friday and Saturday, Dec.
12-13, at 7:30 p.m., and on
Sunday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m., at
the Colleen Williams Theatre,
Winder. The show is being

Barrow Community Theatre,
and is suitable for older teens
and adults.
Tickets are $17 for adults,

The play is part of a series
of plays written about a

Although there are many
“characters” in the play, they
are played by only two men.
“The two men are radio
announcers in Tuna, and they
will make you laugh as you
meet all of the citizens of
the town who are trying to
win the annual Christmas yard
decorating contest,” according
to organizers.
Tickets are available at Pam
Veader’s State Farm Insurance
Office, at 41 S. Center
Street, Winder or by calling
770-867-1679. Tickets may
be purchased with a credit
card at Winder City Hall or by

“Once Upon a Time” was

atre group, and he is now
allowing the Winder-Barrow
Community Theatre to pro
duce the show again.
“This wonderful play pres
ents the religious meaning
of Christmas, as well as a
number of our favorite songs
and Christmas stories and is
suitable for the entire family,”
according to a statement from
the theatre group.
