three miles east of the light. At three o’clock
yesterday m >r sing, it blowing a gde from tha
N. L., she parted her cables and went a shore
on the South Breakers, and bilged, having 5
feet water m her hold. Capt. 8., passengers
and part of the crew arrived in town last eve
ning for assistance. Hopes are entertained
tiiat most of the cargo wdl be saved in a dam
aged state.
