MIDDLE: Walker presents the five-year certificate and pin to Field Training Officer Ed Wilcox Jr. Wilcox is a member of the STAR team and his oldest son Josh is also and Warem Robins police officer. “He’s an outstanding officer who’s made a number of key arrests and investiga tions,” Walker said.
