Collins graduated from Warner Robins High School in 1998. She then attend ed Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College until 2000 and then transferred to Fort Valley State University. Moran has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. She was named the Georgia Vocational Agriculture Teacher Association Outstanding Young Teacher training exercises, and spe cial training in human rela tions. In addition, those who complete basic training earn credits toward an asso ciate degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Moran is the son of David Moran of Lakejoy Road, Kathleen. He is a 2002 graduate of Houston County High School, Warner Robins. of age or older, or disabled homeowners can fill out the necessary application at the Warner Robins City Hall Community Development Office. Applications will be taken until Oct 31. All materials are provided free of charge for the renovations and repairs. More information may be obtained by calling who chose those particular books.
