Overall for the entire system Houston Healthcare’s scores in order of customer satisfaction were: • Quality of physician - 93.5 percent • Customer service - 91.3 percent • Quality of nursing - 91.2 percent • Willingness to return - 90.8 percent • Willingness to recom mend - 89.8 percent • of care - 86.7 percent The Women’s Center led the way in each category with scores between 97.4 for quality of physician and 91.9 for quality of care. The lowest percentage overall was an 80.6 in quality of care at the Perry Hospital emergency department. Perry Hospital’s emergency department’s highest score was 90.2 percent in quality of nursing. Perry Hospital ED had improved scores in all areas of registration nurs ing, pain management and discharge. Perry Hospital’s medical/ surgical scores ranged from 88.6 for quality of care to 94.3 percent for quality of CHANGE From page iA parties will receive a written warning, followed by a court appearance if the warning is not heeded.
