When people are arrest ed for meth, they’re often found with and charged for possession of prescription drugs as well, said Watson. The Georgia Sheriffs Youth Homes began in 1960 with the opening of the Georgia Sheriffs’ Boys Ranch for neglected abused and abandoned children.
