At Lindsey Elementary School, each teacher chooses one student a month to be a “High Flyer. ” The children are chosen on the following criteria: attendance, behav ior, work ethic, attitude, peer relations and manners. The cost is $5 per adult, $3 per child. The even will be hosted by the Warner Robins High School Band Boosters, Inc. As far as the venue, according to a release, the boosters have invited bands from all over the southeastern part of the United States to compete against one another. Little Bears Preschool is an on-site work-based Family and Consumer Sciences Program designed as a train ing situation for students who are interested in becom ing teachers or daycare workers.
