Webb communities or The Villages in
Florida (which currently
boasts 60,000 residents
and is shooting for
100,000). These
communities are focused
expensive to get into and

high quality lifestyle and

our neighborhood village
concept. Our social focus is
on developing friendships
and promoting fellowship - “The

What do we mean by “affordable?” Our
home prices are similar in range to what

are below S2OO at the time of printing, and include lawn
maintenance, irrigation water and membership in the Social
Club . This represents a “best buy” when you consider that your
social membership gives you full use of all amenities (tennis,
swimming, village clubhouses, fitness rooms, and more) with the
exception of the golf course (and our golf fees are also extremely
reasonable). We have looked for a competitive deal around the
country in an active adult community with a golf course and we
have not found one that compares.
We have asked our visitors who have
been comparison shopping
whether they have seen better
