Chairman Ned Sanders said
having the improved instru
ment landing system will
help the airport to handle
and attract more business
aircraft traffic, by making
it easier for them to land
there.
Sanders, also a member of
the Airport Authority, said
Peach County also wants to

Authority again. He explained
Peach County pulled out
of the airport authority 12

The Chamber of Commerce
will be engaging, according
to a release from the orga
nization, in an “exciting”
membership event the first
of October.
The event is slated to begin
Oct. 3 and end Oct. 5 with a
“roast” celebration.
“This is a completely dif

what most people think of
when an organization goes
out to increase its member
ship,” the release reads.
“This event is fun and
highly-focused and will be
completed in two days.”

of Banking Operations for
Synovus.
