Police had previously received complaints of drug activity in that area. When the officers pulled up and started to get out, Williams took off run ning. He was captured after a short foot chase. Officers then retraced his path and found 10 rocks of crack cocaine in the area where he was first seen. Williams had $ 1,161.00 in his pocket. Williams had a prior fel ony conviction in Houston County for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute. He was arrested in April of 2000 by Warner Robins police.
