And, of course, there’s the great city of Boston, which is steeped in American history. So what food have we chosen to represent Massachusetts? It could have been a pot of imported British tea, just to commemorate the Boston Tea Party, I but then you’d have S IftE to throw it «§yh| overboard. It could • have been ( lobster. There’s no yeast to dissolve, no rolling and cutting. You don’t have to drag out the mixer, either, because muffin batter usu ally just needs mixing lightly with a fork. Here are some exceptional recipes to try the next time you want to prepare some thing special for your fami ly’s breakfast. One tip: We don’t recom mend using cupcake papers for muffins. Baking spray or a little shortening on a paper towel will work fine, and peeling the paper off a muffin usually results in los ing some muffin!
