sale contained in a certain security
deed executed by Lance R. Mabia,
hereinafter referred to as Grantor, to
Fairfield Financial Services, Inc. re
corded in Deed Book 1979, begin
ning at page 287, of the deed re
cords of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of the aforesaid state and
county, and by virtue of a default in
the payment of the debt secured by
said security deed, the undersigned
attomey-in-fact for the aforesaid
Grantor (which attorney-in-fact is the
present holder of said security deed
and note secured thereby) will sell
before the door of the courthouse in
said county within the legal hours of
sale, for cash, to the highest bidder
on the first Tuesday in October,
2006, the property which, as of the
time of the execution of said security
deed, was described as set forth in
the attached Exhibit "A".

The above described prop
erty is conveyed subject to Declara
tion of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions as contained in instru
ment of record in Deed Book 1460,
Pages 713-720; amended by instru
ment of record in Deed Book 1521,
pages 747-748, Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court; also, sub
ject to easements and rights-of-way
for public roads and utilities as they
now exist, and building lines and
other matters shown on the afore
said recorded plat of survey.
