The kitchen team included Virginia Eadie, Jeanette Lowery, Betty Baity and Ann Stafford. They started work ing on Friday to get the food ready by Saturday noon. Lowery said that they kept the luncheon light because they knew the desserts would be teinpting.One of the most tempting was Ann Stafford’s “Million Dollar Pie.” The good news is that it’s also very easy to make, and requires no cooking at all. Black Angus Steaks , FOOD (Makes two pies) 1 can condensed milk 1 small can coconut (shredded) 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 can chopped pecans 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1/3 cup lemon juice Mix all ingredient thor oughly, adding the lemon juice last.
