With the increase in gas
prices and the slow down
in new home sales around
the country we have noticed
a decrease in visitation to
Middle Georgia. Up to this
point we have been the only
marketer of Middle Georgia
as a retirement destination
but we would like for this to
change.
In an effort to increase our
visibility we are taking our
story directly to the largest
active adult market in the
world, namely Florida. Over
the next several months,
Houston Springs, together
with CB&T Bank, Synovus
Mortgage, and Fickling &

Florida. These shows attract
an average of 10,000 seniors
over a two day period.
At these shows we will
give presentations about the
benefits of living in Middle
Georgia. Many of these peo
ple are looking for a new

They are tired of having to
prepare for the hurricanes,
tired of paying too much for
insurance and tired of all the
