OBfTIJARtES GARY DARNELL BRUNER 1.. . KATHLEEN - Gary Bruner, 47, passed away Friday. Visitation, with memorial services to follow, will be today from 10-11 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Bruner was born Sept. 2, 1959 in Western, Maryland. Survivors include his wife, mother, stepfather and brother. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, co workers and friends. MARTY WOODARD HAYNESVILLE - Marty Woodard, 71, died at Serenity Gate on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2006. Graveside Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13 at Ist Baptist Church of Haynesville Cemetery. Rev. David Fisher will officiate. Mr. Woodard, a life long resident of Houston County was the son of the late J.H. and Dorothy (Thornton) Woodard. He was retired from Penn Dixie and Medussa Cement Companies. The family suggests contributions to Ist Baptist Church of Haynesville or the American Diabetes Association, 5105 Paulson, Suite C-236, Savannah, GA 31405. Survivors include his wife, Ida Scarborough Woodard; daughter, Rhonda Beck (Kenny); sister, Ruby Padgett; grandson, Michael Bramlett. He was preceded in death by a brother, W.L. Woodard. Memorial services will be held Monday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Webling was born on February 23, 1934 in London, England. Survivors include his wife, two daughters, a son, brother and seven grandchildren. FCC fails to act on merger WASHINGTON (AP) The chairman of the Federal Communications Commission on Friday delayed a vote on the pro posed buyout of Bell South Corp. by AT&T Inc. until as late as Nov. 3 after two Democrats asked for more time to study last-minute concessions proposed by AT&T.
