The pickup was occupied by three white males. Sgt. Brainard made contact with the white male that was occu pying the driver's seat, who was identified as Keith Smith, 04/02/1962. Sgt. Brainard explained to Smith why he had come to the residence and asked him if he had any drugs on his person. Smith told Sgt. Brainard that he did not. Sgt. Brainard asked Smith if he may have consent to search his truck and Smith granted consent. During this search, Sgt, Sgt. Brainard also found another plastic baggie containing methamphetamine on the passenger floorboard of Smith's truck. Smith was later charged with the possession of the methampheta mine. The total length of widening and reconstruction of SR 96 contained within project STP-155-1 (22) will commence within the city of Bonaire and extend to the city of Tarversville, which is approximately 9.3 miles of roadway widening and reconstruction.
