Tom Owen. “I can’t believe how much effort went forward.” Owen, one of three judges in the annual contest to rec ognize some of the outstand ing bears, said, “I had no idea there would be more than 400 entrants. It was fabulous. It was a lot of fun,” Patsy Reeves, director of contracting, told the par ticipants, “because of your efforts, 400 items will be in the arms of children this Christmas.” Capt. Jennifer Queener of the Salvation Army said, “what I see here is a bet ter Christmas for families. Dawson, 27, is a black male, 5’11”, 150 lbs., and has black hair, brown eyes. His last known address is 108 Frances Court, Apt. E-4, Bryon. He address was last checked in August. Back in 2002, he was indicted on charges of child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and statutory rape. He pled guilty to statutory rape and was sentenced to 15 years probation with about 270 days to serve in jail.
