“This was a long, seven-hour meet,”
Hawkins said, “but the swimmers held
their own with over 60 personal best
swim times of this season.
“They continue to impress me with
their dedication for improvement. I
was very pleased with the quickness of
their starts overall at this meet.”
The team travels to Landmark
Christian in Atlanta Friday to compete
in the Landmark Invitational.

Bratcher and Melissa Bofto accumulated the most indi
vidual points. Bratcher had 18, Boston 16. Katie Sanford
added 13 and Kaitlin Merrifield. Bofto, Bratcher, Kimberly
Niemantsverdriet and Kaitlyn Carriker combined in the
200 Medley Relay for 14 points and the 400 Free Relay
for 18. Houston County will next compete at a meet it
and Northside has combined efforts to put on. That is
projected to have 300 swimmers, Richardson said, and is
slated for 9:45 a.m.
