Kameron Felder hit four 3-pointers while Roderick Jones did some damage inside for Perry. Each Panther had 12 points. Casey Hayward scored 11 points while Chris Willis added eight. Roberts scored two bas kets off the offensive glass, but Perry found themselves down by 16 at the quarter’s end, 27-11. Warner Robins had only a couple of field goals in the second quarter when a steal and score by Newberry cut the lead below 10, 31-23. Maine answered with con secutive baskets, but the Lady Panthers had the hot hand towards the end of the half. West and Brown had con secutive 3-pointers, and with another basket off a steal by Newberry, it was 36-34 with 2:30 left until intermission. There wasn’t much scoring after that, but Brown’s 3-pointer got it down to the 38-37 score at the break.
