Absconder back in jail

in jail without bond.
Williams, 49, of Warner
Robins, was arrested
Saturday for a violation
of probation and failing to
register as a sex offender.
He had been considered
an absconder by the Georgia
Bureau of Investigation for
failing to register and his
address was last checked,
with negative results, on

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Mayor and City Council of Warner Robins will hold a public hearing on January
16, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of gaining citizens comments and suggestions
on the City’s proposed Urban Redevelopment Plan, the creation of the Warner Robins
Redevelopment Authority, and the establishment of the Authority’s defined geographic
area. The hearing will be held at the City Hall, located at 700 Watson Blvd.
Generally, the geographic area is conterminous with the City’s CDBG Neighborhood
Strategy Area (NSA) and is located east of Pleasant Hill Rd. and St. Johns Rd., south
of King Dr. and Bargain Rd., north of Russell Parkway and west of S.R. 247. The
general scope of the plan is to revitalize economic opportunities for employment,
develop modem affordable housing, reduce crime, up-grade infrastructure, and
stabilize and up-grade deteriorating housing conditions.

26, 2005 for the violation
and the sentence included
revocation of probation for
60 days to the county jail
with credit for time served
between his arrest and the
court date.
On June 8, 2005 he failed
to report to the probation
office as instructed, and
on July 20, 2005 was sen
tenced to 120-150 days in a
probation detention center,
with special conditions that
he abide by all the rules and
regulations of the center.
Upon successful completion
of his detention center time,
he was to be restored to
regular probation and was
required to report within
24 hours of his release from
