cluding rights of inheritance. The
parent whose rights are terminated
is not thereafter entitled to notice of
proceedings for the adoption of the
children by another, nor has the par
ent any right to object to the adop
tion or otherwise to participate in the
proceedings.
A copy of the petition may
be obtained by the parents from the
Peach County Juvenile Court Clerk,
Peach County Courthouse, Ft. Val
ley, Georgia, during regular busi
ness hours, Monday through Friday,
8:30 am until 5:00 p.m. exclusive of
holidays. A free copy shall be avail
able to the parent. Upon request,
the copy will be mailed to the re
quester - parents or alleged parents
only. The children are in the present
physical custody of the Petitioner,
the Peach County Department of
Family and Children Services.
The general nature of the
allegations are termination of the pa
rental rights.
