RFCU recognizes outstanding workers

Two employees of Robins
Federal Credit Union were
recently recognized for out
standing work performance.
This year’s Jean Walker
Employee of the Year Award
and the Manager of the
Year Award were recently
announced.
Deanna Jones of Mcßae
was chosen as 2006 Manager
of the Year.
The award, according to
a release, is in recognition
of Jones s outstanding lead
ership and commitment to
the credit union and her
branch.
Under her manage
ment the Mcßae Branch
was selected Branch of the
Month and was the top loan
achiever for June.
They also received the
highest score on member
satisfaction surveys out of
all branches. Her involve
ment has contributed to
Robins Federal Credit
Union s success, by provid
ing a positive reflection of
the credit union and being
an example of a team player.
Amanda Haworth was cho
sen at the 2006 Jean Walker
Employee of the Year.
Normally assigned to
Hwy 96 as a Senior Member
Service Representative, she
has worn many different
hats to accommodate staff
ing needs in many areas.
In July, she took on the task
of working as the Manager
on duty for the Montezuma
Branch, and continued to
work there through it s clos
ing in November.
With the closing of this
branch faced many challeng
es, from a revolving staff
from different branches and
helping each of them be pre
pared to work, to the monu
mental task of addressing
members concerns of the
branch closing. Through
all of this she continued to
