NANCING, INC., dated SEPTEM
BER 26, 1997, and recorded on
SEPTEMBER 30, 1997, in DEED
BOOK 1308 PAGES 16-22 of the
HOUSTON County, Georgia Re
cords; conveying the after-described
property to secure a Note in the
original principal amount of
Ninety-Eight Thousand Nine Hun
dred Ninety dollars andv 15/100
($98,990.15) with interest thereon
as set forth therein, there will be
sold at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash before the court
house door of HOUSTON County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of
sale on the first TUESDAY in
AUGUST 2007, the following de
scribed property:
All that tract or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in Land
Lot 55 of the Tenth Land District,
Houston County, Georgia, being
known and designated as Lot 15,
Block "A", Section One, Phase One,
Highlands Ranch Subdivision, ac
cording to a plat of survey prepared
by Jones Surveying & Engineering,
Inc., dated April 4, 1997, of record in
Plat Book 51, Page 6, Houston Su
perior Court. Said plat and the re
corded copy thereof are hereby in
corporated herein by reference for
all purposes.
Also conveyed herewith is
a 1998 Skyline 404 manufactured
home, Serial Number
8U620244KA8, which is perma
nently attached to and made a part
of the real property.
The indebtedness se
cured by said Security Deed has
been and is hereby declared due
and payable because of, among
other possible events of default,
non-payment of the monthly install
ments as required by said Note and
Security Deed. The debt remaining
in default, this sale will be made for
the purpose of paying the same and
all expenses of this sale, as pro
vided in the Security Deed and by
law, including attorney's fees (notice
of intent to collect attorney's fees
having been given) and all other
payments provided for under the
terms of the Security Deed and
Note.
Said property will be sold
subject to any outstanding ad valo
rem taxes (including taxes which are
a lien, but not yet due and payable),
